Part-Time Customer Care & Admin Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and organised Customer Care & Admin Assistant to join our team.
This is a part-time role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and providing excellent customer service.
Hours
Monday to Friday9:30am - 2:30pm (negotiable/flexible for the right candidate)
Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries professionally
Booking in works and updating schedules
Calling clients to confirm appointments and works
General administrative duties, including filing, emails, and data entry
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks
Skills & Qualities
Excellent communication skills and a polite, professional manner
Good organisational skills with attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to multitask and work independently Previous customer service or admin experience preferred but not essential What We Offer Part-time, flexible working hours
