Therefore, to meet the growing demand of our customer portfolio we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident individual with a professional approach towards Customer Service to join our Customer Care Centre. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Centre Officer based at our Grantham location. Please be aware this role is office-based and you'll be using a PC/laptop. As part of your apprenticeship, you will train with Grantham College and complete the level 3 Business administrator apprenticeship standard qualification.
Responsibilities
Order taking mainly via telephone.
Access to the sales system, ensuring Service Providers have policy stock.
Providing administrative support for external sales and operations teams in all areas of our Vaculug Fleet Management System.
Providing accurate customer reporting.
Dealing with Service Provider queries.
Administration Maintenance of our fleet management system.
Pre-auth outstanding chased weekly.
General administrative office duties.
Qualifications
Essential: GCSE English and Maths at 4/C or above.
Skills
Good keyboard skills.
Experience of Microsoft Office packages.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-confident.
Team player.
Attention to detail.
Your training plan
Training will be 6 hours per week.
During term time, training will be held on Tuesdays at Grantham College, Stonebridge Road, NG31 9AP.
Outside of term time, you will train either at Cathodic Ltd or by working independently on tutor-set assignments.
Depending on your age and GCSE (or equivalent qualifications) results, you may be required to achieve Functional Skills alongside the apprenticeship training. This would take place at Grantham College on the same day as the apprenticeship training.
Successful completion of the apprenticeship will lead to the awarding of the level 3 Business Administrator standard.
Additional workplace training includes exposure to all other aspects of the organisation to provide a complete business overview.
Information about pay and hours
Aged 16 to 18: 7.55 per hour.
Aged 19 or over and in your first year: 7.55 per hour.
Aged 19 or over and have completed your first year: National Minimum Wage for your age.
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
