Key Responsibilities:



Outbound Welcome calls

Dealing with inbound calls and filtering to the correct departments

Dealing with customer queries

Some computer-based administration

Communicate effectively with customers to ensure clarity and understanding

Skills/Experience/Knowledge



Experienced in customer service (face to face or office based)

Excellent telephone manner, engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Experience of working with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)

Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers.

Ability to work under own supervision

Able to take direction

Good sense of humour essential

Team Player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00 per hour
