Due to continued growth, we're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team -- someone who loves helping people and isn't afraid to get stuck into general admin tasks, from answering queries to supporting our customer portals.
The Role
As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll be the friendly face (and voice) of Foodari. You'll be helping customers place orders, answering their questions, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your duties will include:
Communicating with customers via phone & email
Processing orders accurately and efficiently
Supporting our customer portals and systems
General office administration
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence speaking with customers
A polite, professional manner
Computer literacy and comfort with general admin tasks
Excellent attention to detail and reliability
Knowledge of fruit and vegetables is a plus, but not essential
A proactive, team-oriented attitude
Working Hours
During school term time: Monday to Friday, 10:30am - 4:30pm
Out of term time: Monday and Friday only, 10:30am - 4:30pm (with flexibility to increase hours if covering holidays)
