What does our Customer Care Liaison actually do?
Provide a friendly memorable and effortless customer service experience to all customers.
Answer telephone and email queries when presented to yourself, take ownership of the query and resolve in a timely manner.
Actively resolve any issue by striving for first call resolution. Investigating in great depth where required and actioning in the appropriate timescale.
Be on hand to assist with any enquiries or questions from other areas of the business, to ensure the customer is provided with the best level of service
Diligently acknowledge complaints in an efficient and timely manner, including actively seeking resolutions and escalating where appropriate. Provide an effortless journey for the customer, making communication and correspondence easy and clear. Carrying out a full investigation by gathering all details, with the onus on yourself to follow the complaint through to resolution and follow up.
Process warranty call outs following the documented process including but not limited to social and new build requests. Ensure readiness in providing support to all customers regardless of warranty status of product or place of purchase. Take ownership of the warranty request and analyse the details to form an understanding of the background. Provide simple technical support to establish root cause and proceed as appropriate per case.
Provide administrative support to the Sales function where required.
Maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and respect, ensuring all data is handled in line with data protection and used for a specific, business related purpose only.
Generate Pro Forma invoices and payment links specific to individual orders.
General office administrative duties such as making enquires, gathering information, data entry.
Deliver an outstanding customer service experience via communication networks including but not limited to; telephone, live chat, email, social media inboxes and various review platforms.
