Customer Care Manager in Landscaping - Milner Landscapes & Construction Ltd

Location: Midlands.

Milner Landscapes & Construction Ltd is a leading landscaping contractor specialising in soft and hard landscape installation for new build housing developments across the UK.

With a growing portfolio of national housebuilders and a dedicated hands-on team, we're proud of the high standards we deliver and the long-term relationships we build.We are now looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our team and oversee aftercare services, ensuring a consistently professional and timely response to landscape-related customer enquiries, defects, and remedial works.

Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer care and aftersales queries from housing developers and site managers.

Log, prioritise, and manage landscape-related defects and remedial requests through to resolution.

Coordinate and schedule customer care operatives and subcontractors to complete works to high standards and within set timeframes.

Attend site inspections, prepare reports, and communicate actions clearly to clients and internal teams.

Monitor service levels and ensure company reputation is upheld through professional conduct and quality assurance.Liaise with the office team, landscaping supervisors, and company directors to ensure consistent workflow and client satisfaction.

Requirements-Proven experience in customer care, in landscaping, construction, or housing developments.

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, positive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Full UK driving licence.

Must have valid CSCS card

Competence with digital systems for reporting and scheduling.

Pay: 115.00-135.00 per day
