THE OPPORTUNITY





We're looking for a

Customer Care Manager



to join our UK Wholesale team. This is an exciting step for a coffee professional who loves people, problem-solving, and creating smooth systems that make a real difference.




In this role, you'll lead our Customer Care Coordinator and manage the scheduling and admin side of technical support for our coffee customers. From urgent service requests to day-to-day care, you'll make sure our wholesale partners feel supported and confident in us.




We're after someone who's organised, people-focused, and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table. A technical mindset (or curiosity about coffee equipment) is a big plus, but just as important is your ability to lead, improve processes, and think big picture.




You'll have the support of the Head of Wholesale, but this is a role where you'll make your mark through initiative, leadership, and care.

ABOUT YOU:





Must have at least two years' experience in specialty coffee. Coffee machinery technical knowledge is extremely desired.
