We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Manager to lead our customer service team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, superb communication skills, and the ability to analyse customer feedback to drive improvements.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the customer care department, ensuring high standards of service are maintained.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of customer care representatives, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Develop and implement effective customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyse customer feedback and service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and enhance overall service delivery.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve their skills in communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge.
Prepare reports on team performance and customer satisfaction levels for senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within a customer service environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience in supervising teams and managing performance effectively.
