The Role
This is a trainee role for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn how a best-in-class, founder-led brand operates behind the scenes.
You'll support our Customer Care and office operations, learning how customer communication, order flow, and fulfilment all work together. You'll be trained properly, trusted early, and expected to take pride in doing things well.
This is not a call-centre role. It's not remote. And it's not about cutting corners. It's about care, consistency, and high standards.
What You'll Do
Support customer enquiries across email, phone, social media, and reviews
Assist with order processing and day-to-day office tasks
Learn and use our systems (CRM, courier platforms, internal tools)
Work closely with Dispatch & Production to keep orders moving smoothly
Handle customer questions with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
Keep records accurate, organised, and up to date
Represent LUNA & me thoughtfully in every interaction
About You
You'll be a great fit if you:
Are a recent graduate or early in your career
Are organised, reliable, and detail-focused
Communicate clearly and professionally
Are confident using computers and keen to learn new systems
Take responsibility seriously and care about high standards
Stay calm under pressure and enjoy solving problems
Are naturally kind, thoughtful, and customer-focused
You don't need years of experience, but you do need maturity, good judgement, and pride in your work.
