Customers are always at the heart of everything we do, and you will be responsible for being their first point of contact throughout their Puddle Ducks journey.
18 hours per week - Monday to Wednesday
Office & telephone based role.

Main Responsibilities:
Become an expert about our classes and Puddle Ducks.
Responding to new enquiries (online, email and telephone) in a timely manner to convert into Puddle Ducks class members by effectively communicating with them about our award- winning classes.
Schedule and undertake follow up calls with new members at the start of their Puddle Ducks journey.
Maintain customer databases.
Respond to queries from current members.
Proactively manage any actual or potential customer issues.
Contribute towards creating a ''best-in-class'' customer service experience.
Any other ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team as required.
