Summary

AIM Building & Maintenance Services is on the lookout for a Customer Care/Insurance Claims Handler to join our dynamic Customer Services Team based in Stepps, Glasgow (G33 6FB).

You'll be a vital point of contact for policyholders and our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls and emails to ensure everyone stays updated on the progress of home insurance claims. This is a fast-paced role where excellent communication and customer care make all the difference.
