We are looking for a dedicated Claims Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing both inbound and outbound calls. You'll ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently, gathering all necessary information and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities



Handle incoming claims calls and make outbound calls to customers after an accident. Collect and verify accurate information to process claims promptly. Provide clear, empathetic communication and support throughout the claims process. Work collaboratively within a team to meet service standards and deadlines.

Skills and Experience



Excellent customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Professional attitude and ability to engage confidently with clients. High attention to detail and accuracy in work. IT literate and comfortable using multiple systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player.

Pay: 23,000.00-25,000.00 per year
