Duties
:
Engage with clients via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
Analyse client inquiries to determine their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Upsell products and services based on client requirements and preferences.
Maintain accurate data entry of client interactions and transactions in our systems.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about product offerings to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.
Requirements
:
Experience in the automotive industry.
Strong problem solving capability.
Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Proficiency in English.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs effectively.
Experience in upselling products or services is an advantage.
Competent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
A customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
