Collaborate on Solutions: You'll be a go-to person for customer delivery needs, working with internal teams to make sure we can always meet them. This also extends to acting as the supply chain lead for any customer queries, escalating problems, and tackling service challenges, while helping our commercial team seize new opportunities.
Drive Innovation & Efficiency: You'll play a key role in new product launches and company-wide projects, offering your expertise on customer and demand insights. You'll also help identify and pursue cost-saving opportunities, sometimes even by developing shared service agreements with customers.
Grow & Develop: We encourage continuous learning! You'll maximize available resources to develop your skills and drive performance forward.
Support and Empower Our Team: You'll be a vital part of the Customer Services Team, ensuring everyone feels supported, respected, and has the chance to grow. We're looking for a positive, "can-do" attitude to help us all succeed!
Boost Team Knowledge & Skills: You'll help develop our Customer Service team's expertise and continuously seek ways to improve your own skills and those of any team members you manage.
Champion the Customer Journey: You'll build strong partnerships, guiding the customer journey from forecast right through to delivery. Your goal is to meet service levels efficiently, and where it makes sense, you'll even develop service agreements tailored to their needs.
Share Insights & Build Bonds: Get ready to create and share presentations that help us truly understand our customers' priorities, deepening our relationships along the way.
Ensure Smooth Sailing: You'll help manage customer orders, questions, and any concerns, always aiming for a positive outcome that protects our reputation. You'll also proactively keep customers in the loop about deliveries or stock issues.
