Job Description

We are an online luxury jewellery company looking for an assistant to respond to customer emails and Insta DMs, track orders and offer best in class service. Giving our customers the best possible experience through email/messaging and package delivery.



About You



The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, a passion for exceptional communication and be an independent worker.

They will oversee all customer communications (online only) and provide customers with order updates as well as support sales queries. Some light packing and dispatch will be part of this role from time to time.

Hours will vary between 10-30 hours a week this role will complement someone with a flexible schedule. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with outstanding communication and awareness of luxury sales.

Your Responsibilities



Customer Communications



Manage customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms. Provide personalized product recommendations and resolve post-purchase concerns.

Order Management and Fulfillment



Pack and wrap our jewelry with care and attention to detail. Fulfill orders and manage dispatch processes via DHL. Oversee the order lifecycle from payment to delivery, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements



Impeccable spoken and written English A flair for customer communication 2 years experience in customer service 1 year experience in sales. Previous experience with order packing and fulfillment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Shopify (desired not essential). Initiative and a problem-solving mindset.
