Join Close Brothers Customer Communications Team where you will play a key role in supporting the Communications Manager to deliver and embed a robust, consistent, and customer-focused communications process across the business. Working as part of the Customer Communications team our ideal team member will have previous experience in drafting, updating, and testing customer communications, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and aligned to business objectives with excellent time management and organisation skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Draft, update, and maintain customer communications that are accurate, engaging, and aligned to brand and business objectives. Test communications in relevant systems and channels to ensure functionality, clarity, and quality before release. Manage the end-to-end delivery of communications through the development cycle, from creation to implementation. Coordinate input, approvals, and sign-off from business, compliance, and technical stakeholders. Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and other colleagues to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Maintain a structured and consistent approach to communications to support business-wide standards. Communicate progress clearly and proactively, keeping stakeholders in-formed.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:



Proven experience in communications or content delivery roles Strong attention to detail Highly articulate, capable of communicating complex arguments in simple language Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office inc. SharePoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desire to learn about and utilise new technologies Experienced in using email marketing tools e.g. DotDigital

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:



Good understanding of marketing principles Knowledge of savings and/ or consumer banking products A good understanding of Consumer Duty, inc. importance of accessibility Knowledge of the FCA's Banking: Conduct of Business Sourcebook (BCOBS) A background in Financial Services or Professional Services sector Advanced Adobe Creative Suite capabilities
