We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Client Advisors to join my team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients will be essential in ensuring their needs are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a knack for gaining clients, while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date client records and ensure seamless communication.
Utilise strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing client interactions professionally.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client service and support.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a friendly work environment.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or advisory role is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
Proven ability in data entry with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
