Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Data Liaison and Power BI Specialist. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding data-related requests, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and efficiency. You will also leverage your expertise in data analysis and Power BI to provide insights, create reports, and support decision-making processes. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a solid understanding of data management and visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between customers and the internal data team, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of data requests.
Collaborate with customers to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
Manage and prioritize multiple customer data requests, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
Utilize Power BI to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for customers.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security when handling customer information.
Provide training and support to customers on how to use Power BI dashboards and reports effectively.
Work closely with internal teams to improve data processes and ensure alignment with customer needs.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and Power BI.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve data services.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably involving data management or analysis.
Strong knowledge of Power BI, including report creation, data modelling, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation techniques.
Familiarity with data management tools, databases, and querying languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
