About the role
This post which is based in our Customer Delivery - Housing Team, working across a busy multi-disciplinary team. You will be assisting customers and stakeholders, completing casework, processing applications and undertaking void viewings within the Housing Team.
About you
We are looking for an individual who is customer focused, flexible and eager to learn new skills. You will be a team player who can live our values, with good interpersonal and communication skills and good IT skills.
You will be supporting with work related to housing matters, giving advice and dealing with housing applications. General knowledge of Social Housing is an advantage. You need access to a car insured for business use as you will go out on site visits for which you can claim casual mileage allowance.
