CUSTOMER DELIVERY DRIVER

Overview

We are looking for a responsible individual to join our Customer Fulfilment team as a Customer Delivery Driver. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Head Office in Bourne, Lincolnshire, with frequent driving duties across the UK Mainland.

This is not a local courier role as our deliveries take us wherever our customers are. When out on deliveries, you'll be part of a two-person team delivering high-end furniture and lifestyle products directly to our customers' homes, our shops, and events. When not on the road, you'll support our warehouse team with picking and packing duties.

All About You

You'll be someone who takes pride in delivering a premium customer experience. You'll be confident, organised, and comfortable representing our brand in person. You'll also be happy to roll up your sleeves and support the customer fulfilment team when needed.

This role requires someone who is flexible, proactive, and able to work independently. You'll need to be physically capable of loading and unloading goods and have a full, clean UK driving licence. A background in logistics or delivery planning is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and Pack our Shop Orders at our Head Office, ensuring all products are picked accurately. Loading and unloading the vehicle. Delivering our Shop orders to our 3 fantastic shops across Lincolnshire and Harrogate. Deliver our international Customer Orders to East Midlands Airport during our Peak Period. Pick/Pack and deliver our yearly key events. Home Delivery - Local home delivery of our premium furniture pieces UK Mainland. Assist with general warehouse duties during non-driving periods. Maintain vehicle safety checks and adhere to Health & Safety procedures. Keeping informed on all relevant risk assessment and adhere to all Health & Safety measures in place.

Experience & Attributes

Full clean UK driving licence is essential Minimum 2 years driving experience Over 25 years of age, for insurance purposes Previous delivery or warehouse experience Familiarity with logistics or delivery planning is a desirable quality Excellent timekeeping and organisation skills Customer-focused with a 'can do' attitude Flexible, reliable, and proactive Someone who is trustworthy The successful candidate must have Right to Work in the UK
