About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Customer Delivery team providing excellent customer service to our residents. You will be assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries by telephone, face to face or digitally and completing casework, providing you with an opportunity to grow and learn new skills.
About you
We are looking for someone who is customer focused, flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. You must be able to remain calm under pressure, and to multitask quickly & efficiently whilst advising on a wide range of services we offer. We need a team player who can live our values, with excellent communication skills, IT literate, able to problem solve and keen to learn.
