Role requirements:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in CDD/EDD or AML/KYC or Compliance/Quality Assurance specialist roles within banking or financial institutions with minimum of 3 years of experience in process management working with diverse team
Solid understanding of AML/KYC regulations and risk-based approaches
Experience in handling both retail and business customers.
Proficient excel skills and professional email writing ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
Call handling and customer service experience within a customer due diligence team.
Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail.
Hybrid working post completing process certification.
