Job Description

We are recruiting a Customer Engagement and Insight Assistant to join us on a fixed term basis until 31st March 2026. We are looking for a people focused individual with experience of working with a diverse range of customers and the ability to build a good rapport. You will provide administrative support to the team, support customers at the engagement sessions and help to ensure that all of our customers voices are heard.

Duties include:



Act as a key member of the customer engagement & insight team to help ensure that all customer voices count Provide practical and administrative support for customer engagement initiatives Assist with the completion of customer research using a range of digital and in person methods Provide support for customer insight projects to help the organisation deliver policy development and service improvement Assist with the delivery of customer segmentation activities that support us to provide a great, tailored customer experience Provide practical and administrative support for service improvement workshops and focus groups

About you



Like to multitask Have a positive, can-do attitude and can remain calm under pressure Are enthusiastic and willing to learn, able to think creatively and to pick up new ways of working quickly Confident in working autonomously and as part of a bigger team

Requirements



Experience of working in a customer focused role Excellent communication skills Strong planning and organisation skills and an ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaboratively Experience of organising events and meetings Experience of creative thinking and adapting to new ways of working quickly Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages eg Excel, Word, PowerPoint

A basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required for the successful candidate as part of the pre-employment process -
