As a Telesales Executive you will drive sales growth for Bristol CADCAM by selling dental lab machines, consumables, and software to laboratories across Europe, as well as intraoral scanners and related products to dental practices. This key role combines proactive telesales with customer relationship management, supporting the growth ambitions of Bristol and the wider ALS Group.
Responsibilities
Sell Bristol CADCAM products to dental laboratories and dentists
Make regular outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote our products and service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both lab and scanner sales.
Work with other departments, such as Marketing to create outbound telesales campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities.
Follow up on inbound enquiries and marketing leads promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions using the CRM system.
Collaborate well with the Bristol team to ensure the customer needs are met.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Drive your own product education and attend training sessions to continually develop product knowledge and selling techniques.
Qualifications
GCSEs (or equivalent) as a minimum; A-levels or further education preferred.
Sales training or telesales-specific certifications advantageous.
Experience
Some B2B telesales experience would be ideal, especially within a healthcare, dental, or technical products environment.
Skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly, comfortable making outbound sales calls, strong organisation.

Product Knowledge/IT Packages
Microsoft office 365, Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint, Experience with CRM systems, Willingness to develop deep product knowledge in dental products
On target earnings (OTE) of between 45,000 and 50,000
