The impact you'll have:

You will be a hands on desk manager supporting your team as they champion world class customer service by dealing with inbound sales enquiries - making sure to upsell and cross-sell wherever possible.

A typical day:

Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, ensuring smooth day to day running of the operation Make business improvements, maintaining lines of communication with customers Meet and exceed team targets and KPI's such as revenue, profitability, call volumes and quality, talk time, data enrichment Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services and educate our customers on the full range offered within the Group and maximise all cross-selling and upselling opportunities Conducting all HR activity relevant to the team including regular check ins and 1-2-1s with team members

What you'll bring:

Previous experience within the hire industry Previous line management experience of a high performing customer focused team Excellent communication and telephone skills and ability to build relationships with customers and members of the team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
