Customer service adviser

We are looking for a customer experience adviser to join an energetic, family run business. This is an exciting time to join our expanding company and is an ideal role for someone already working in a customer service environment. Our mission is to deliver the right product, on time at the right price all while demonstrating our CARE values; Customer-centric, Accountable, Responsive and Enterprising.

Responsibilities:

o Provide an exceptional customer experience across multiple platforms

o Ensure all orders are processed daily

o Maintaining the customer database

o Explore customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

o Identify trends within the business to improve our overall customer experience

o Ensure that we deliver against our OTIF promise date

Skills:

o Verbal and written communication

o Reliable

o Flexible

o Attention to detail

o Computer literate

o Ability to prioritise workload

o Team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
