Customer service adviser
We are looking for a customer experience adviser to join an energetic, family run business. This is an exciting time to join our expanding company and is an ideal role for someone already working in a customer service environment. Responsibilities:
o Provide an exceptional customer experience across multiple platforms
o Ensure all orders are processed daily
o Maintaining the customer database
o Explore customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
o Identify trends within the business to improve our overall customer experience
o Ensure that we deliver against our OTIF promise date
