Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator -- someone highly organised, confident with customers, and enthusiastic about the vanlife scene.

The Role

This is a varied and dynamic position supporting both the customer journey and the day-to-day running of the business. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them feel welcome, informed, and excited about their projects -- while keeping things organised behind the scenes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling customer communication via email, phone, and in-person visits Managing enquiries, bookings, and showroom appointments Assisting with parts and materials ordering, tracking deliveries, and keeping records up to date Helping coordinate workshop schedules and ensure jobs stay on track Supporting social media and marketing activity -- creating posts, stories, and new ideas to showcase our work Occasionally taking our vans out for photoshoots or local events to generate content Helping identify ways to improve the overall customer experience and efficiency of our operations
About You
We're looking for someone who:

Is highly organised and enjoys keeping things running smoothly Has excellent communication and people skills Is comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and online tools (Shopify/Airtable experience a bonus) Has a good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) Is creative, adaptable, and keen to be part of a growing, energetic team Holds a driving licence (essential for off-site content creation and events)
