Customer Experience Advisor




Salary: 25,200 per annum (rising to 26,250 after successful probation)



Location: Anchor Head Office, Bradford



Hours: 37.5 per week




Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract/Permanent available




Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a real difference? Anchor is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to support customers across our housing, home ownership and care services.


Role:




As one of the first points of contact, you'll manage a variety of customer enquiries and ensure a positive experience every time. Your responsibilities will include:


Responding to customer enquiries across rental, home ownership and care services Logging and coordinating repair requests Processing rent and service charge payments Creating and updating customer applications Working closely with teams across the organisation to achieve first-time resolutions

About You:




Previous customer service or customer-facing experience (paid or voluntary) Empathetic, patient and calm, even in challenging situations Clear and adaptable communication skills Organised with strong attention to detail Motivated, customer-focused and a supportive team player Confident using Microsoft Office and keen to learn new systems
