Job Description

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll play a key role in managing every stage of the customer journey - from handling initial enquiries to processing orders and providing support after delivery.

What you will be doing:



This role takes full ownership of the

customer journey

, combining detailed order processing with proactive communication and resolution management. You'll deliver a responsive, solution-focused service that supports both our customers and internal teams.

You'll play a vital role in:

Investigating and resolving customer queries, including complex order issues, delivery questions, and stock shortages Managing a high volume of incoming customer orders, identifying requirements, setting expectations, and proactively offering alternatives when needed. Acting as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused responses across phone, email, and digital platforms. Following up on outstanding enquiries, quotes, and orders to drive resolution and maintain satisfaction. Ensuring accurate data entry and processing of orders, remakes, credit notes, and cash sales in line with company policy. Collaborating with internal departments (production, logistics, and sales) to provide clear, timely updates and maintain transparency with customers. Representing the customer's voice within the business, ensuring their needs are understood and prioritised. Promoting and supporting the use of our ecommerce platform to enhance order efficiency and accuracy

You'll need:

Excellent communication and active listening skills The ability to investigate and resolve customer issues calmly and confidently Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks and juggle multiple enquiries at once High attention to detail and accuracy in data input Confidence navigating multiple digital systems (e.g. CRM, SharePoint, order portals) A natural ability to build relationships and remain customer-focused under pressure The initiative to take ownership and follow through on queries from start to finish
Experience in a fast-paced order processing or customer support environment is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
