We are seeking a

Customer Experience Advisor

to become one of the trusted faces of our brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding client journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities



Be the first point of contact for clients, providing a premium experience in person, by phone, email, and social media Manage bookings, diaries, and workshop/customer coordination Proactively update customers on service timelines, calibrations, orders, and project progress Maintain client relationships through timely follow-ups and accurate communication Process invoices, payments, and purchase orders Manage retail and online orders, including stock handling, packing, and dispatch Support Ecotune's digital presence through engagement and content collaboration Represent Ecotune at events and client handovers as needed

What We're Looking For



? Strong background in customer service, ideally from automotive, retail, hospitality, or premium brand settings
? Professional, warm, and articulate communicator
? Organised and capable of handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
? Confident in managing sensitive customer updates and expectations
? Familiar with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and social platforms such as Instagram, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok
? Full UK driving licence (required)
? Self-motivated with a genuine interest in automotive performance (preferred)
? A forward-thinking, proactive mindset with a desire to grow and succeed

Hours



Monday to Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm Alternate Saturdays: 10:00am-2:00pm Flexibility for special builds and motorsport events (it comes with the territory)
