As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the first to listen, the first to help, and often, the person who reassures someone when they need it most.

What You'll Do

Resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently Handle repairs, rent queries, and provide reassurance Keep our services running smoothly with scheduling tools

What You'll Bring

Empathy, patience and a passion for helping people. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems. The ability to work independently and flexibly in a rota system. A commitment to working in line with data protection, equality, and inclusion practices.

Working Hours

You'll be part of a rota covering shifts between 07:00 and 20:00, including:

Early starts Standard daytime hours Later finishes
