As a customer experience advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing industry leading support, advice and bespoke solutions, ensuring a seamless delivery experience. You will have the ability to build excellent relationships with customers, identify business opportunities and strengthening relationships along the way.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer incoming calls and respond to e-mails, professionally and efficiently with clear, concise communication. Investigate and resolve delivery and fulfilment related issues, ensuring timely updates to the customer. Build strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and service satisfaction. Liaise with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations, with the goal of satisfying the customers' needs. Making outbound calls to the customer base to offer additional services, identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships. Identify changes in customers profile and when a customer may be at risk, reporting to the relevant team or person. Pro-actively notify customers when delays or issues occur, reducing inbound calls and e-mails. Provide tailored delivery service reports as and when required by the customer.

The ideal candidate will:



Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics/courier industry. Be a natural communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset. Confidence in handling both inbound and outbound calls, including challenging and potentially unhappy customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office with basic computing skills. The ability to manage time efficiently and multitask. Excellent attention to detail. Handing customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions based on the customer's needs. Ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative.
