We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues with a starting package of \xc2\xa323,184, this is made up of a base salary of \xc2\xa321,200 along with an additional \xc2\xa3500 flexible benefit and up to a \xc2\xa31484 discretionary performance related bonus.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
  • Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
  • Answering customer calls into our contact centre
  • Building relationships and finding solutions

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs

What else you need to know.

In a full-time Branch based role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working 35 hours across Monday to Saturday across the hours of 8:00am \xe2\x80\x93 6:00pm.

The role is based in our Bracknell branch.

If you are successful in reaching interview stage, your interview will be conducted remotely via MS Teams.
