Job Description

The Vaults Group, with twelve locations, is the biggest provider of private safe deposit boxes in the UK and Ireland. We are currently accepting applications for the position of Branch Supervisor at our Glasgow branch.

The successful candidate will have full control of day-to-day activities within the branch and will report directly to the regional manager.

Responsibilities:



To effectively manage the branch, maximising sales and always deliver world-class customer service. Create an environment that guarantees a high-performance work culture with 100% compliance across policies and security procedures. Manage all aspects of Health and Safety compliance to ensure employee and customer well-being. Maintain and secure accurate customer records to guarantee GDPR. Drive branch standards to the highest levels. Delegate tasks and solve problems swiftly. Create team rotas while managing any absences.

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
