27,380.12 to 32,211.90 when fully trained

Customer Experience Agents

to join our front-line team. You'll be the face of the tram network, ensuring passengers travel safely and enjoy an excellent experience on every journey.

Your role will focus on:

Passenger Experience

- Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring passengers have valid tickets or passes.

Accuracy & Accountability

- Recording detailed information and issuing fixed penalty notices fairly and consistently.

Teamwork & Communication

- Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to maintain high standards of safety and service.
Every day, you'll be making a real impact--helping us deliver a reliable, respectful, and efficient tram service to the people of Nottingham.

What we're looking for:

Experience in a

customer-facing role

- you're confident, friendly, and professional. The ability to

stay calm under pressure

and handle situations with fairness and respect. Excellent

communication and teamwork

skills. Someone who's

dependable, punctual,

and takes pride in doing things right. A strong eye for detail and the ability to

follow procedures accurately.
