Job Purpose
The Customer Experience and Quality Intelligence Intern will be an integral member of the AG EMEA Warranty, Recall Campaigns (PIP) & Quality Intelligence team.
In this role, you will be tasked with fostering communication among CX community and support the Quality intelligence team in interpreting data and delivering ongoing reports that support market teams in enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate CX community within Market teams, plants and platforms.
  • Maintain regular communication flow (newsletter, CX connect call etc..).
  • Being in touch with latest customer feedback.
  • Support Quality Intelligence team in maintaining Power BI reports.
  • Support Quality team in identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends and patterns within complex data sets.
Experience Required
  • Studying towards, or holding a degree. Preferred study in Communication, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
  • Good communication and relationship management skills.
  • Good analytical and data processing skills.
  • Open to a changing environment.
  • Open to ongoing teamwork with peers with diverse professional, language and cultural backgrounds.
  • Experienced user of MS office tools (XL, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
