Job Description

We're looking for an organised and motivated Customer Experience Apprentice to join our team at Trustgreen. The Role



As a Customer Experience Apprentice, you'll play a key role in making sure our customers receive helpful, friendly and accurate support. You'll learn how to manage enquiries, provide tailored responses, and help improve the overall customer experience across the business.

What you'll be doing:



Handling customer enquiries by phone, email and online platforms Providing accurate and helpful information to customers Logging and updating customer records on our system Sending out letters and other communications to customers Identifying customer needs and passing on information to the right teams Supporting colleagues to resolve queries quickly and professionally Following company processes to make sure things are handled consistently Supporting with monthly reporting and learning how to use customer service data Extract and analyse monthly customer service data.

The Person



We are looking for someone who:

Has a positive, can-do attitude Communicates clearly and confidently Is well-organised and pays attention to detail Is happy working as part of a team Is keen to learn and grow in a supportive environment Has GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade A-C / 9-4)
