We're looking for a proactive and personable Customer Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle inbound calls, log and escalate issues, support office operations, and help drive an exceptional customer journey from first interaction onwards.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for inbound calls, directing queries professionally and efficiently.
Log clear support tickets and escalate issues when needed.
Build strong rapport with customers, gathering feedback to improve service.
Provide general office and administrative support.
Spot opportunities to enhance processes and customer experience.
Skills & Experience
2+ years in a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Calm, empathetic, and solution-focused under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
