We're on the lookout for a
Customer Experience Executive
who's passionate about people, thrives on great conversations, and wants to help shape the future of banking.
This is a unique opportunity to join a
start-up
environment. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through savings and lending journeys with warmth, clarity, and confidence.
What you'll do:
- Be the friendly face (and voice!) of Alba across multiple channels
- Build relationships with customers, brokers, lawyers, and accountants
- Become a product expert in our savings and lending offerings
- Spot opportunities to improve customer journeys and outcomes
What you'll bring:
- 1+ year experience in customer service or success
- Great communication skills - we love real conversations, not scripts
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Confidence using MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
