What You'll Do



As a

Customer Experience Executive

, you'll be the friendly face (and voice) of our business - supporting customers from their first enquiry, helping them find the best print solutions, guiding them through their orders, and ensuring every project runs smoothly.

You will:

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and personality. Offer product advice, prepare accurate quotes, and manage orders through our studio and production team. Work closely with our internal teams to ensure every job is perfect. Handle issues or delivery hiccups with calm confidence and creative problem-solving. Spot opportunities to upsell or add value -- helping customers get the best results possible. Keep our CRM and records accurate, ensuring every detail is right.

Who We're Looking For



2+ year of experience in

office-based

customer service, office admin, or sales support

(or the confidence to show us you've got the skills!). Excellent written and verbal communication - you're clear, friendly, and professional. Strong attention to detail - you notice the little things that make a big difference. Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. Confident using computer systems and learning new tools quickly. A positive, can-do attitude and the drive to go above and beyond for customers.

Bonus Points if you have:



Experience in print, design, or eCommerce. Knowledge of artwork or print production processes.
