We will soon be undergoing external building work , and we're on the lookout for a dedicated

Customer Experience Manager

to join our team on a

full time

basis for a

fixed term period of 14 months

.


This role will be crucial in ensuring that our students receive the support they need during this bustling settling in and busy construction period and will be working

37.5 hours per week

,

5 days out of 7

, as part of our existing team based at

Buchanan View, Glasgow

.

Role Overview:

As our Customer Experience Manager, your primary focus will be to engage with our students, providing them with the necessary support, guidance, and information throughout the build process.


You'll work closely with the Student Roost Senior Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager and Contract Program Coordinators to ensure clear lines of communication and effective student support systems are in place.


You will also play a pivotal role in planning and executing in-house events and experiences that contribute to a lively and inclusive atmosphere for our student community.


Key Responsibilities:




Collaborate with students to deliver outstanding customer service, address inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.

Create and implement events and experiences that enrich the overall student experience, with a special emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.

Collaborate with construction Program Coordinators to implement communication plans and facilitate smooth student onboarding, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Maintain a proactive approach and strong attention to detail while working closely with others to achieve positive and supportive outcomes for Student Roost students.

Requirements:




Exceptional customer service skills, with effective written & verbal communication skills and the ability to empathise with students' needs while adhering to internal policies and processes.

An appreciation for confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with safeguarding declarations and personal information disclosed by students.

Strong operational and project management skills, with a track record of successfully overseeing multiple areas of responsibility and resolving conflicts.

A proactive and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
