About the Role

As the Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for driving excellence in every aspect of the guest journey--from check-in to check-out. You'll work cross-functionally to enhance our service offerings, ensure smooth operations, and most importantly, keep our guests happy and engaged.

What You'll Be Doing

Guest Experience Development



Create and implement innovative and memorable guest experiences. Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless, end-to-end journey for all visitors. Monitor industry trends and guest feedback to continuously improve our offerings.

Customer Engagement



Actively engage with guests and owners, collecting feedback to drive improvements. Support and lead the reception team to deliver a customer-first approach at all times. Build lasting relationships with holiday homeowners and frequent guests. Handle enquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Administrative Responsibilities



Maintain accurate records and park accounting with a high level of attention to detail. Manage maintenance requests and communicate clearly with contractors and stakeholders. Ensure timely completion of health & safety checks and address any issues proactively. Process invoices, track outstanding balances, and manage internal financial systems (e.g., Zahara).

Team Collaboration



Partner with departments such as marketing, maintenance, and housekeeping to deliver top-tier guest experiences. Help promote on-site events and contribute to elevating the park's brand and reputation.
What We're Looking For

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational and administrative capabilities. A proactive approach with a solution-oriented mindset. Experience in hospitality, customer service, or leisure is a bonus. Confidence working with financial systems and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
