The Role
We are looking for a motivated, personable, and customer-focused
Customer Satisfaction Manager
to join our busy Customer Service team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers after sales, ensuring a smooth after-sales experience, resolving complaints, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers following a sale
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution
Support customers with after-sales inquiries and service-related issues
Monitor, evaluate, and improve the overall customer after-sales experience
Collect customer feedback and analyze satisfaction levels
Prepare and present regular customer satisfaction reports to management
Work closely with internal teams to resolve recurring issues and improve service quality
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
