Role



We're looking for a Customer Experience Officer to be the face of our reception area, someone who can create an organised and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.

What You'll Be Doing





Greeting and supporting everyone who walks through our doors Managing reception during busy times and events Handling phone calls and messages professionally Overseeing post and parcel deliveries Coordinating visitor parking and ID badges
