We are recruiting for a Customer Experience Supervisor in Maesteg Town Hall!
In this full-time role, you'll lead and motivate a team of Customer Experience Assistants to deliver exceptional service in our cafxc3xa9 and bars. You'll oversee recruitment, training, and rostering, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations for events. Key responsibilities include acting as Duty Manager, liaising with external suppliers, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
We're looking for someone with a positive, innovative approach, excellent communication skills, and experience in customer service within an arts or events environment. If you have a passion for theatres and arts, and meet the essential criteria, apply now.
