DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member to play a vital role within their Customer Experience Team.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:


To manage and handle customer service queries via various of communication channels, for a number of contracts within the drinks industry. Identify and implement long term solutions to customer issues Answer inbound phone calls to ensure the department achieves the target performance Liaise with key contacts across the network to resolve customer queries Provide timely updates to customers in a professional and helpful manner Represent the customer in demonstrating excellent standards of customer service Support the network as required to ensure customers are clearly communicated to
