Customer Experience Team Member
Job Description
We have the opportunity for Temporary Full-Time staff to join our Customer Experience Team at our Head Office in Livingston. The role is 37.5 hours per week (5 days over 7). Our office is currently open until 8pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm on a Saturday and 11am to 5pm on a Sunday (these hours will increase during peak trading periods).
The schuh Customer Experience department is a fast-paced environment where the customer always comes first. We believe every customer should leave us thinking WOW!

Extensive training is completed in the office therefore candidates must be able to travel to our Livingston Head Office.
The Person:

The Role:
Customers can contact us if they want to buy something or if they have a problem. In either case we treat every customer with a sense of fairness and individuality. You will be expected to: Deal with service-related queries through various social media platforms including WhatsApp. Effectively engage with customers via our text chat and video services. Deal efficiently and professionally with customers via phone and email. Help our high street stores with any problems or queries.
