What You'll Do
Become an expert on the guest experience
Lead by example, maintaining high standards across the centre
Own daily tasks like guest check-in, food prep, cleaning, and stock management
Handle feedback with professionalism and care
Keep safety and best practices top of mind. Demonstrate confidence and knowledge about our facility and the way we operate.
Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and colleagues
Collaborate closely with the Director and wider team
Motivate others in peak times to create magical moments for every visitor
Your Schedule
Week 1: Two weekdays + weekend
Week 2: Two/Three weekdays (weekend off)
Hours may increase during busy periods
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
Work Location: In person
