We have an opportunity for a Customer Finance Administrator to join our Finance team in Swindon.
The Customer Finance team are responsible for managing all finance related queries within the business. This includes managing approved and unapproved finance orders created by customers either online, through telesales agents or a salesperson in the showroom. We process between 1,500 - 2,000 emails every week and handle between (500 - 700) inbound and Outbound calls per week.
The hours are Monday to Sunday 9am till 6pm. You will also need to be able to work a weekend (1 in every 5 weeks) and you'll receive 2 days off during the week. After the training period there would also be an opportunity for hybrid working.
