Description

Come and Join Blackpool and the Fylde's #1 Bus Company!

Are you looking for a role where you can make a real difference to how people experience their journeys every day? We're excited to be recruiting a Customer Information Officer to ensure we keep our network welcoming and easy to use for everyone.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of how customers navigate our bus and tram services. You'll ensure that information across our network is accurate, consistent and presented to the highest standard from bus stop flags and timetables to on-vehicle advertising across our fleet. You'll also oversee the installation, maintenance and cleanliness of customer-facing information, helping our services look their best at all times.

You'll play a key part in coordinating the production and distribution of printed timetables, working with local businesses, tourist information centres and community venues to make sure residents and visitors alike can easily access the information they need.

This is a varied, hands-on role where your attention to detail and pride in presentation will directly enhance the customer experience. By protecting the quality and appearance of our information and branding, you'll be supporting millions of passenger journeys every year across the Fylde Coast.

If you enjoy working independently, don't mind working in all weathers, take pride in high standards, and want to be part of a company that truly connects communities, we'd love to hear from you.

Please read the key responsibilities for detail about the role.###
